I am results oriented Certified Optician and Area Trainer with over 6 years of Retail and Patient Care experience. Confident in the ability to develop teams, maintain the company’s core values and drive a successful implementation of company direction to execute goals and to improve the bottom line success of any company. I am an advocate for training and development, in order to drive high performance among employees. I am committed to continuous improvement and impacting team success.My current responsibilities include: area-wide electronic training and area-wide optical training. I execute these responsibilities by traveling to conduct in person training and role playing. In addition I create content using platforms like excel, zoom, Vimeo, Microsoft teams, and PowerPoint. My ongoing Certified Optician experience includes: Memorizing over 50 lens options and rotating specials in order to give customized recommendations to each patient, utilize a CARE based mindset resulting in patient satisfaction and loyalty, anticipating patient needs, in order to provide high quality service while upholding brand standards and values, providing pre-examinations to directly assist alongside an Optometrist, accurately billing insurance to avoid chargebacks, regulating hipaa, and handling POS transactions.
