Project: Telecommunications – Major wireless carriers in Tri-State Areas• Oversee project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure quality of deliverables, maintain project profitability and meet client’s schedule• Manage different project types: site modification and new site build for both roof-top and co-location installations, plus small cell projects• Accountable for all phases of project: from conducting design site visits, develop zoning and construction documents, to project close-out• Coordinate with expeditors on NYDOB building permits, applications for FDNY and landmark sites• Provide support to contractors on RFIs, bid walk and pre-construction meetings, etc.• Coordinate with RF engineering, site acquisition, vendors, and client for project implementation• Direct CAD support team to complete deliverables in a timely fashion
