I lead communications projects aimed at the disability sector in Australia. Key Achievements- Successfully managed multiple key internal stakeholders across the NDIS to deliver a strategic educational project for disability service providers to help reduce scheme complexity and increase provider efficiency.- Developed Market Insight Publications for specific markets within the disability sector.- Designed information architecture for provider section of the NDIS website and managed project.- Drove the creation of a suite of products for Allied Health providers to address a particularly complex area of the Scheme around consistency of participant access and plan review decisions.

Trained in back-end management of stock levels, product pages and blog posts. Training new staff in how to set up a function and how to operate on the floor during service was the key responsibility I had in this role.
