Grace focuses her practice on energy law with an emphasis in mineral and title property. Grace was a former summer associate at Steptoe & Johnson and is licensed in West Virginia. She is a member of the Ohio County Bar Association and the West Virginia Bar Association. Grace has experience in litigation and transactional work including abstracting for oil and gas title opinions, drafting full title opinions for oil and gas and coal drilling operations, and preparing demand letters, complaints, and motions for summary judgment.
