- Coordinated between materials, EIC, management, and process to conduct an inspection for a leaking, 18,000 gallon chemical tank; analyzed production schedule to predict chemical consumption, formulated a plan to eliminate downtime during inspection, and developed training for six process operators- Investigated contaminant in process tank, coordinating with R&D, quality, and plant maintenance team- Created spreadsheet to calculate raw materials consumption and schedule POs to prevent material run out and downtime; presented findings daily at meeting with plant leadership- Led a virtual plant tour and panel for intern class, creating and presenting a video tour and facilitating the panel
