Summer PositionIn my role as a Social Media Manager, I supervised the work of two Marketing Interns, while simultaneously managing and planning the company's Instagram account. My duties included active engagement with other users on the platform, content creation, and posting in accordance with the company's brand guidelines.Furthermore, I was responsible for coordinating the company's photoshoots from concept to execution. This involved creating mood-boards and scouting locations that aligned with our branding strategies. Additionally, I liaised with professional photographers and models for both local and destination photoshoots, and maintained open lines of communication with store and website managers to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.As part of my efforts to optimize our social media presence, I developed and executed new posting strategies, which contributed to a significant 30k growth in our follower count. While primarily based in a corporate office setting, I was also actively involved in retail operations as needed.
