In 2008, Grace started practicing yoga at home focusing on the physical practice of yoga. In 2013, Grace experienced excruciating pain in her shoulders and neck due to stress, she joined a group class to help motivate her to increase the frequency of her yoga practice and develop strength on her shoulders, abdominal, flexibility and lower limbs. Yoga had been her main tool in managing stress. She understood that her physical and emotional well-being needed a more holistic approach and focused her attention to discovering the healing benefits of yoga! Yoga and meditation facilitate the mind, body, and spiritual connection, which are an antidote to stress. As a Yoga Teacher, Grace focuses on re-discovering the compassionate side of ourselves and how we can deeply understand our own strength and capacity. Students will expect that each practice with Yoga with Grace in Chino will continuously evolve and help you improve your personal practice based on your willingness to embrace love and care for yourself. Together, we will learn to pause, practice self-care, be present, mindful and BREATHE.
