I greet customers coming into the store and assist them in finding something that suits their needs. I take part in daily business operations such as preparing the store to meet customer’s needs as well as opening and closing procedures. I also assist in unboxing and placement of merchandise around the store according to the game plan given. Through team work and communication, I add to the benefit of the store’s success in reaching sales and credit goals.

I work with a team of women selling clothing, credit cards, and giving clients a personalized shopping experience. I also work to build a visual aesthetic as the merchandising captain by leading my team in carrying out store set each month for new product flow. We reach sales goals of up to $7,800 daily while managing the floor, shipment, and client engagement.
