As the Premium Suites Supervisor at the United States Air Force Academy, I lead the management and operations of our exclusive suite offerings, ensuring an unparalleled experience for suite holders and their guests. My role encompasses driving sales initiatives, coordinating exceptional catering services, and optimizing overall operations for events and games.

Supporting and running events for all USAFA athletics as well as special events for other incoming sports teams.

Act as ambassador to recruits and their families. Support recruiting operations creating player profiles, watching film, and coordinating touch points for incoming players. Includes social media monitoring, serving as a main contact for player families. Attended the Guaranteed Rate Bowl, Chase Field, Phoenix, AZ.

Provide hospitality, customer service and safety at stadium sports and concert events. Highlights include 2024 Super Bowl, 2023 PAC 12 Conference Championship, Elton John, and Beyonce concert.

Provide virtual administrative support and industry research to corporate events planning team.

I worked with USAFA for the Blue and Silver Club at Falcon Stadium to aid in putting on events as well as suggest improvements to create an amazing hospitality experience for our guests. I was selected to aid in graduation, and was recognized by military leadership for my work at graduation.

Create lasting positive impressions on customers while providing speedy service, serving a high standard product, and building strong relationships with my team. Keep speed and high-level service at all times, especially during high volume hours. Make sure the customer feels welcome, comfortable, and enjoy their time while on the property.

I started as a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret and was promoted to Pink Girl in one month in a store that is regularly ranked on top for sales in the Colorado Springs region. Pink sells complete outfits and as a sales associate I helped girls coordinate outfits. I arranged fittings for girls who are just starting to learn how to love their bodies as they develop into young women. Building confidence and quickly building a personal rapport and trust in an area of vulnerability, is key. In addition, I had several sales wins including highest upselling of perfumes, make-up and bras and regularly met key daily sales goals.

I have volunteered as a nursery worker and leader in children's ministry since I was 12. I continue to now work there when on break from school to develop relationships, teach children, and also work on my event preparation and participation skills.

Worked in front of house, expedited food to customers, cleaned and tended to the restaurant, served people on the register as well as made drinks. Created a laid-back atmosphere for the customers as they come to the restaurant to hangout and chat with employees and meet new people.

Created connections and conversation with customers to ensure them that their time is valuable, and we appreciate them taking the time to visit us during their day. There is high standard of customer service that all employees are held to.

As a member of the prom sales team, I sold prom dresses to high school girls and formal ware for military balls, etc. I maintained a high sales ratio and was paid by the hour and commission. My position was eliminated at the beginning of the current pandemic.
