Campus Recruiter
Current• Manage full cycle recruiting for early career talent focused on, but not limited to, Sales internships and Quality full-time opportunities and internships, as well as Medline’s general corporate Rotational Assignment Program (RAP)• Proactively drive the hiring process and regularly update hiring managers within the business of the status of recruiting activity and challenges• Facilitate 10-week summer internship program for ~100 interns, assisting in the planning and execution of networking events, social events, and professional development events• Plan and lead information sessions and attend on average ten career fairs per year to provide additional recruiting support for targeted areas of the business
