My role at Landmark during the day includes a range of tasks; such as managing the till taking customers orders and having the responsibility to ensure the correct payment is taken. Additionally I oversee the floor therefore I ensure all tables have the correct food and drinks and ensure all tables are cleared and cleaned ready for the next customers. During the evening when the cafe transforms into a restaurant I am a waitress who takes orders from customers using my IT skills on specific software on iPads and ensure all customers have an enjoyable and satisfied experience.

My role included working alongside the on-site wedding co-ordinator to complete tasks to ensure each couple had a be-spoke wedding they have always dreamed of.
