Areas covered pre-sales, acquisition of new accounts, assist in implementation, product training, after-sales refresh training and customer support either via on-line or in person for both individual hotels and hotel chain groups. Organized ASPAC Cable Operators' CEO's convention held in Phuket, Thailand. Channels include: CNN, Turner Classic Movies (TCM) and Cartoon Networks.

Reporting to the Japanese Managing Director, handling secretarial duties and all office administration duties including HR/payroll for this first 24hr Japanese Cable Channel operates out of Japan. In June 1999, this joint-venture business funded by Sumitomo Corporation and Tokyo Broadcasting System decided to withdraw out of the project. Assisted in finalizing operation activities and added as a team member in Programming Division to support the division in planning completing all programming contracts prior to closure.
