People Systems Analyst
Current• Setting up configurations in Dayforce/Ceridian to ensure day-to-day operations are fully functioning from a HR standpoint.• Overseeing several main functions of the HR/People Team (Compliance/Reporting, Project Management/Planning, User Support/Training).• Managing projects for 115 hospitals to ensure appropriate use of Helpdesk systems and federal/state reporting.• Creating user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service.• Serving as the primary contact for all user troubleshooting and issue resolution related to HR systems.• Compiling weekly reports to track hospital compliance.
