People Systems Analyst
Current- Setting up configurations in Dayforce/Ceridian to ensure day-to-day operations are fully functioning from a HR standpoint.
- Overseeing several main functions of the HR/People Team (Compliance/Reporting, Project Management/Planning, User Support/Training).
- Managing projects for 115 hospitals to ensure appropriate use of Helpdesk systems and federal/state reporting.
- Creating user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service.
- Serving as the primary contact for all user troubleshooting and issue resolution related to HR systems.
- Compiling weekly reports to track hospital compliance.
