With over 18 years of experience in the animal care industry, I am a Senior Director of Client Engagement at United Veterinary Care, a network of over 100 veterinary hospitals across the US. My role is to lead the customer service and engagement strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and service to our clients and their pets.I have a strong background in store management, customer experience management, and customer service operations, having successfully managed multiple specialty and emergency veterinary clinics and pet retail stores. I have also contributed to the growth and expansion of United Veterinary Care, by partnering with regional managers, hospital leaders, and other stakeholders.
