What I do?My background is very diverse--from processing FOIA requests redacting reports, audio and video to executing an organization's training and development initiatives, and managing and designing learning programs.I gain satisfaction from championing the development needs of employees which serves the best interest of the organization and it's customers. The outcome is enhanced work performance which in turn reflects better products and services, lower costs, improved productivity, greater innovation, and a more competitive posture in the marketplace.What defines me? I have a passion for learning and a desire to positively influence an organizational culture that is built on mutual trust, respect, transparency, and integrity.
