As a child, I always played the leader, a teacher, a circus ringmaster, or a queen of the fairies. My outgoing nature and innate predisposition to lead others has meant I have worn “many hats”. Over my 16 years in partnerships and marketing, I have been lucky enough to work in many specialised niches; brand management, digital + growth marketing consulting, complex digital project management, business development + sales, agency account management, product marketing + development, event management, public relations/comms (back in the day), and more recently a deep dive into activation/ experience design and eCommerce. I am passionate about people and great ideas and how these things together can make a better world. I love work done well (is it work if you love it?) and am a naturally curious and hardworking individual. As a result, I have found myself more recently making conscious cosmetics with my brand Glitoris, and bringing authentic experiences to life fostering "adult play" with household brands. Historically I have worked in tech startup land with a cross over into sustainability. Other things that you will learn about me;- I have big ideas. Inarguably, most people have ideas... I make them happen.- I am passionate x 1000.- I work collaboratively.- Challenges excite me.- I ask a lot of "whys" to get the solution right. - I would prefer to do the thing that saves us time in the long run than "half-arse" it.- I tell it like it is – I hate bullshit.- I enjoy nothing more than returning to nature, exploring, yoga, reading a good book or crafting something new.Drop me a line at grace@glitoris.com.au to discuss opportunities to collaborate.

Much like the average school report card, this Water Way Health Report Card assigns rivers, creeks, dams, estuaries, reefs (inshore and offshore) and other marine areas an A to D grade. While the scores may seem simplistic, they represent six years of rigorous science 🔬, consistent data monitoring 📉 and collection from Proserpine to the Pioneer Valley (and everywhere in between). This data provides us with insight into things such as the health of freshwater fish, community well-being, water quality, seagrass and coral growth. This data is then synthesised into a visual-easy-to-understand report. The HRR2R Report Card is one of the five developed in Queensland, each Report Card provides a regional lens to help understand influences on our waterways and the 🐠 Great Barrier Reef.My role at HR2RP? Help make the science beautiful and easy to understand for all types of people within the community. Regularly communicate and engage with the media, our 31 partner organisations, a wide range of external stakeholders and the community in Australia's gorgeous mid-tropics. During my time I... ✔️Overhauled the entire process and output of the Stewardship report - to ensure this became a flagship community asset.✔️ Established the HealthCard launch as a major media event for the region. ✔️ Increased the visibility of the partnership by commissioning travelling community art, participating in an active events calendar and improving our brand experience of community-based engagement.✔️ I engaged with all partner organisations and streamlined the onboarding process/offering for new members. I started working in August as an intern student through the Swinburne University of Technology 🎓 (Industry-based Learning or IBL). Very quickly I knew I was passionate about this space, and started working in a hybrid account/project management role. This saw identifying client opportunities and areas for growth, proposing/selling digital solutions, and delivering against the contract. This role required a deep understanding of tech, design, content, the website build processes, project management styles, CRM/CMS systems, email marketing, SEO, content, social media, users and so much more. I had an awesome client mix, with a niche in SAAS technology, professional services and not-for-profits. Clients included Scope Victoria, Anglicare Victoria, Bermad Water Technologies, Clover Pipe, Davies Collison Cave, Directioneering, Xero, SecurePay and Rebecca Thompson.Just a few notable moments... ✔️ The Launch of the new WCAG-compliant and accessible Scope Victoria Website. The August team pushed what was possible for website design for accessibility using in-depth user testing and ensuring everyone looked like rock stars. It was an exciting time to work in this space as the NDIS launched and the industry was turned upside down. ✔️ Building the 1st partner portal with Xero in a truly"agile" manner before "agile" was a "thing client asked for."✔️Campaigns that were the first step into digital fundraising for organisations like Anglicare Victoria and paved the way as a revenue stream for years to come. ✔️ Long-term partnerships with clients like Bermad, year on year with digital and content strategies that contributed to ever-increasing sales.✔️Taking on the second major iteration for client websites that had been with us for the long haul, St Catherines School, Bermad, Clover, Davies Collison and Cave and Directioneering. Working with the Commbank marketing team and local branch, we devised a creative strategy to promote Commbank Student Options on Campus at Swinburne University. This was my first-ever attempt at an integrated activation marketing strategy with guerrilla marketing techniques... During the leadup to the campaign, we painted 🎨 hundreds of old damaged books 📖Commbank yellow and blue with information inside about the Student Options program. We hid them across the university for students to find, some had sign-up info others also had deals or vouchers. This culminated in our Open Day booth design bringing together 100s of books in blue and Commbank yellow, bringing together the wayfinding experience. During the campaign, we executed an innovative strategy whilst tripling referral targets. We received positive feedback from all stakeholders for the overall management of the project - including Swinburne who loved that we were encouraging new students to explore the campus. As a result, our partnership was awarded 3rd place nationally for our efforts. Show less
