• As an appeals advisor, my main duty was to provide guidance, support, and expertise to help clients with their appeal for their parking fine. Some common responsibilities included;
• Assessing whether the fine was correctly issued and writing a letter or an email to state why it was issued and outlining payment dates and next steps OR outlining details of the cancelled, had it been issued incorrectly
• Ensuring all appeals were acknowledged and replied to within 30 days
