I am an 2024 Oregon State University Alumni with a bachelors degree in Food Science and Sustainable Technologies and a minor in Chemistry. Starting fall of 2024, I will be pursuing a masters degree in food science and nutrition under Dr. Charlene Van Buiten at Colorado State University, joining the Food Structure and Function Lab.
