I implemented new CRM programs, excel programs for listings, and apps to organize our team and better connect us to our clients. During my time at Seth Stisher's Training Center, I was in charge of managing the operations of the facility. I was the primary person in charge of tasks including scheduling, customer service and communication, sales, product purchasing and placement. I oversaw the work of my peers and helped in the maintenance of the property, equipment, and boats. This job was very rewarding to me because I was given a lot of responsibility to ensure the function of the business as well as the pleasure of our customers.

As a marketing intern at USA Water Ski, I was given the responsibility of assisting in the research and development of programs, events, and new initiatives aimed towards membership growth. For programs that are already in place, I worked to develop ways to improve promotion and awareness through outlets such as social media and advertisements in USA Water Ski’s magazine “Water Skier”. One project I had a big impact on was improving the collegiate opportunities. With my insight from my experience in collegiate skiing, I came up with incentives for collegiate teams to grow membership and awareness through challenges. Teams with the most promotions through social media posts, hosting events, or building membership would be rewarded. These all went toward a “collegiate kit” that was implemented the fall semester after my internship. As an additional task, I was put in charge of managing the event planning for the USA Water Ski award banquet in January. I oversaw everything from attendance, awards, décor, set up, and coordination of staff including valet and catering.
