About Gracie Arnone

I am an HR Professional with experience in talent acquisition, training, and employee relations with a background in project management and clinical research. I started my career in research and developed a love for process improvement, training and learning & development, and talent acquisition. While my original recruiting skills were developed recruiting for clinical trials, they were easily transferable and honed during my work as a recruiter. I received my Scrum Master certification while working on clinical trials because, in previous roles, I've seen how the agile framework can greatly benefit and improve both the transparency and efficiency of research and HR processes. Over my time in research, and in my current role, I have found success in creating training materials & documents as well as leading training and supporting L&D. I also excel in recruiting for hard to find candidates as well as improving recruiting and talent acquisition processes. A main focus of my current role is in Employee Relations where I am building my skills in active listening, conflict mediation, and workplace investigations. I enjoy drawing on my degree in Psychology and Neuroscience and applying the knowledge I acquired in learning and memory, decision making, and adult education. The analytical side of research and the personable side of being a Scrum Master makes for a unique background as an HR professional. I strive to not only connect personally with candidates, employees, and participants, but I also hope to improve the areas of HR and L&D that are outdated or not beneficial to either side of the hiring and/or training process.
