My first real job was at the Defense Technical Information Center (a information repository of the USA Department of Defense). There, I learned the importance of data management and analysis .My formal training has been in Physics with a specialty in computational material science. My PhD thesis involved using density functional theory, quantum Monte Carlo, and machine learning to predict and better understand the electronic and mechanical properties of various battery materials.Currently, I am searching for a full-time job in data Science and aI, or computational material science with a focus on battery materials. I am seeking employment in France, the UK, or Ireland.
