I have gained much of my professional experience during my time at the Zivel Performance and Recovery franchise, where I have been employed for a year and a half. Since September 2023, I have been contributing my skills and expertise at the Bentonville Zivel location, playing roles in its daily operations.Prior to my current role, I served as a manager at the Germantown and Hernando Zivel locations until August 2023, when I transitioned into college. In this managerial capacity, my responsibilities spanned across areas such as recruitment and training of personnel, overseeing operations of the store/machinery, and appointment scheduling.During the beginning of my high school education, I worked at Pyros, a restaurant in Olive Branch MS. During my time at Pyros, from June 2021 to September 2022, I began my employment with the role of "Pit Crew". In November 2021, I earned the role of "Pit Crew Leader" due to the leadership and skill set I displayed. This experience allowed me to cultivate leadership skills and contribute meaningfully to the success of a team.These diverse experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive skill set, encompassing management, leadership, and operational expertise.
