Owned the product roadmap and development of internal apps and tools, which accelerated software development via project management of the expanded team during this corporate rotation.- Developed a Slack app that provides daily custom bug reports in team channels. I interfaced with stakeholders across diverse teams to understand their pain points, which informed requirements and feature prioritization of the product roadmap. Success of the app directly contributed to improved the team’s bug response times and overall quality of the team’s products.- Created an automation which intelligently parses logs every time a bug is filed. Worked with a variety of engineers who would use the automation to brainstorm and learn their needs. This contributed to significantly speeding up screening and diagnosing of bugs.- Served as frontline tester for the Apple Wallet drivers license before launch. Brought special attention to multiple UI concerns in order to improve UX of the product.- Developed the Slack app using Python and created a full Python wrapper for others to easily set up advanced features. Created the parsing automation as a Python add-on which interfaces with existing systems, generates an easy-to-read HTML file, and wrote a plugin version in JavaScript. All development and project management work was done in agile framework.
