For the past 18 months I have been working in a new role within the Business Applications team, supporting Atlassian suite of self-hosted Confluence and Jira instances, alongside critical infrastructure, such as the company job site, Zoom, Slack and other 3rd party tools. This role has focused more on infrastructure as code projects, based in the AWS environment, incorporating Github versioning, pipeline deployments, CloudFormation, ansible and monitoring/alerting. Prior to that I was the Product Owner leading the Windows Service Squad, focused primarily on servicing and developing the internal Microsoft windows estate and assets.
