If more information was required I wrote to customers detailing what was needed.I was also the fraud reporting officer for online accounts. This involved making decisions on evidence provided whether I thought a fraud had taken place or not. If fraud was suspected I would make a disclosure to the relevant authorities.I was also responsible for training new members of staff in the process through hands on training and presentations. As part of the above I was also in charge of the teams quality checking. This involved a keen eye for detail, feeding back errors to staff and keeping quality records for each staff members performance.
