Product Development Manager
CurrentWorking directly with the senior management team I make sure we deliver the most value possible through our development projects and act as the main conduit between the technical and non-technical teams. I conduct market research and provide analysis reports and recommendations as well as providing direct input into overall business strategy and decision making to maintain a leading product offering. Responsible for ensuring the company aims and vision are being delivered through planning and managing the product development roadmap. I manage the entire end-to-end project cycles from initial requirement gathering from a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, project planning and resourcing. Following right the way through to designing wireframes and mapping user journeys and finally on to testing, pre-deploy prep, final sign-off and deployment.
