I have completed my studies for a BSc (Honours) Computing and IT (Software) at the open university resulting in a 1st class degree. My final assessment project used React, Java Script, API's, CSS and HTML to build a web application for a small clothing company. This was made up of a catalogue, ordering system and admin portal. I have also covered Software Development, IT project Management, Databases and SQL and data manipulation and visualisation. I have also gain experience of using Java, Python and several cloud servers.

This is a varied Role where our team manages the sale of Retirement Apartments, Suites and Care Home beds. This role takes our customer through all stages from first contact, through visits and viewing to assisting with purchases and resales. We also run our Retreats service. I personally over see the social media content for Richmond Letcombe is addition to my other responsibilities.

Edinburgh And Didcot

I work in the Bank's branch network in a role formerly known as Customer Advisor. I worked for a year in Edinburgh for RBS and then moved to NatWest in Didcot in January of 2015. My main roles are discussion different options with customers about their finances and ensuring they are making the most of their banking. Another key aspect is ensuring that the branch is adehering to FCA regulations and all account openings are completed with our anti fraud and anti money laundering procedures.

I worked as a senior guide with a wide range of responsibilities. Primarily this was a customer service role, looking after guest, educating and running the ticket desk but I was also involved in the logistics of organising school groups that visited the attraction (sometimes up to 15 in a day) and running and designing Birthday parties for paying guests. In this role I completed an HNC in Cultural and Heritage Venue Operations and completed an at work First Aid qualification.
