About Graeme Heron

Over the course of my career I have used the many challenges I’ve faced in order to develop new skills which have opened up a number of unique approaches to common problem solving. It’s because of my ability to quickly and easily integrate those new skills into my work that I’ve been so effective. This is particularly helpful when it comes to educational leadership. I not only am consistently looking for new pedagogy, but also finding better approaches to what I am currently teaching. By collecting data on how well people are reacting to various learning techniques, I can focus my efforts on creating top performers everywhere I go. Further, I am an excellent team leader that can build strong crews capable of reacting quickly to changing business circumstances and technology improvements. Through careful guidance and best in class coaching, I have been able to consistently meet and exceed expectations in a variety of leadership positions. These are only a handful of the many ways that my talents have been able to create meaningful change and measurable improvements in business operations.
