Store Manager/ DM / Assistant Director through Alltel buy out.I provided leadership to a under preforming store. Store was ranked 628 out of 648. I built and trained a team that won Presidents’ club in 2014. To take a store at the bottom of the company to one of the top stores in the company shows a commitment to team building, strategic planning, and the implementation and execution of a business plan at the highest level. I hired and trained a team that have all become company top producers. Our team has two Presidents’ club winners tracking to do the same in 2015. I was asked to join the Go Wireless acquisition team. I was the only store manager offered this honor. The rest of the team was made up of DM’s or higher. My acquisition stores showed profitability faster and have stayed at the top against larger market stores. I was asked to join the acquisition team for the Alltel purchase. We were over the Carolina’s and Georgia teams. (30,000 team members) I was the DM over central South Carolina area. I led the highest volume stores in the southeast region Lexington, Two Notch, Columbiana, Greenwood, and Woodruff SC. All stores have led in Customer Service, Growth and Revenue within 3 months of me taking them over. 28+ SM’s and ASM’s have been promoted from out of my management teams. All managers have led their teams to the top of their districts in each store.

Store Director / District ManagerI directed 3 stores in the Columbia, SC market. I was chosen to shut down the last store in Columbia, SC. Circuit City was going out of business. My ability to move inventory in a profitable and expedient manner allowed me to get a waiver to go to work for Verizon Wireless without having to wait 6 months per the agreement between Circuit City and Verizon Wireless. We were the # 1 District in Customer service scores, sales, and gross margin within three months of me taking over. Our team achieved budget of 120% for the years I directed the team. Our district was in the top 5% in the region. I mentored other managers to achieve similar results in their areas of responsibility and in their own stores. Circuit City went under, and Verizon Wireless recruited me as a store manager.

Operations Manager/District OperationsI operated stores with yearly gross sales from $55 million to $75 million a year. I worked as Interim manager in stores to improve Performances and Gross margins. I have mentored 1000’s of Managers, Product Specialists, and Customer service associates to achieve above industry level results. I developed and oversaw training strategies for each level of management development. Every new hire Store Manager came to work with me for six weeks of training. Then they would be assigned to their own stores. Sometimes I would have 5 Store Mangers training with me at a time. I have a proven track record of being able to turn weaknesses into strengths and strengths into industry leading results. We were able to achieve results far above equivalent store earnings using my methods. I scored in the top 5% of all Lowe’s managers on LI+ testing.
