As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, I have the responsibility of preparing quotes, schematics and sizing AC systems within a timely manor and in line with customer expectations. Giving technical advice on air conditioning is my speciality of which I am often positively commented. I attend training seminars and educate myself on new product launches and assist customer service teams on new product changes and stock shortages/rotation etc. I am commonly the first point of contact from other departments to help with disputes or queries from customers. I have the responsibility to oversee and assist fellow Technical Support Engineer's and help where necessary, It is also my role to be a mentor for new members of the team and provide ongoing training where appropriate. I assist my team leader to ensure the ISO documentation is current and up to date in line with company policies and procedures. I have a good working relationship with work colleagues and an excellent rapport with customers alike.
