Turnover $55m+.Key challenges of the new business were cultural alignment of two legacy businesses, implementation of standard operating procedures and development of the strategic plan to achieve targeted growth.Following the full purchase of SealesWinslow by Ballance earlier than anticipated in March 2013 my role was re-incorporated into the Ballance Lead Team with responsibility for all animal nutrition products and continuing with overall responsibility for SealesWinslow which now operates as a 100% owned subsidiary of Ballance Agri-Nutrients although under a separate brand and legal entity.Key results: Led the development of expansion and growth strategies for the SealesWinslow business during this transformation phase.
