My educational background is in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources. I completed my degree at Mount Royal University and really absorbed the courses which helped to hone my communication and interpersonal skills; however, I discovered that my true passion was in Learning and Development.I graduated in a tough employment market and was blessed to have a career with BMO for about 8 years. Here, I was able to thrive due to those interpersonal and communications skills paired in a natural aptitude for organization. During this time (in various roles), I learned a lot from a lot of great people and developed well-rounded professional skills.Like many others, I did a lot of soul-searching during the COVID pandemic and even though I greatly enjoyed my time with the bank, my heart was pulling toward something else...In 2022, I was gifted an opportunity tor work for Insights Learning and Development and am now living my passion with a company that really invests in its people and its vision.
