Marketing Manager - Business Units
CurrentMy role is responsible for all marketing across the five commercial business units including; Coffs Coast Holiday Parks, Coffs Harbour Airport, City Smart Solutions, Coffs Harbour Lab, and Coastal Works. Responsibilities:Coffs Coast Holiday Parks - Marketing Plan. Implementing the Coffs Coast Holiday Parks 2020-21 marketing plan, with a key focus on search, remarketing, promotions, emails, guest relations, public relations, social, partner marketing, and online travel agents (OTAs) optimisation.Coffs Coast Holiday Parks - Revenue Management. Producing the annual pricing strategy and 12-month strategic promotional calendar. Implementing reporting dashboard to ensure visibility of key revenue management and marketing metrics, and communicating monthly insights to the senior management team. Coffs Coast Holiday Parks - Guest Relations. Implementing the customer service strategy, including the creation of a corrective action process, that actively addresses all feedback within our parks. The strategy measured through guest surveys, net promoter score, and online review results using ReviewPro software. Responsible for managing external guest feedback via the reputation management process. Coffs Harbour Airport, CitySmart Solutions, Coastal Works & Coffs Harbour Laboratory. Providing strategic marketing advice and support to the Business Leadership Managers, to maximise sales opportunities within each business unit.
