My main responsibilities at Print project have changed over the period of time I have been here. I was originally employed as a member of the sales team. and within this role I had to be able to contact graphic designers, commercial printers, advertising agencies and local business all across the mainland UK and Ireland to get them to use print project for all there printing needs. I had to start this from scratch and had no customer base given to me. I was able to adapt quickly and start to build relationships with customers from all around the UK & Ireland. I now have around 30 accounts which I manage on a daily basis and have to make sure all there needs are met ie delivery schedules etc. I have to have a good knowledge of there business to understand how important it is for me to make sure I do my job to the best of my ability as I know if I agree with them deadlines etc I have to be able to make sure I can manage production and delivery 100% so as they are not let down.
