Lanarkshire

Following the completion of the Ambulance Care Assistant training course, I was responsible for the delivery of high quality patient care. Using dynamic risk assessment to provide a safe and comfortable journey for patients whilst being transported to/from hospital or health care facility. I was required to communicate effectively with patients, patient’s relatives, recording and advising health care professional of any changes to the patient’s condition whilst in my care.
