I was a Team Leader in training on checkouts for one of Sainsbury’s flagship stores. I managed a team of six individuals; this included being responsible for their training, observations, and coaching to enable greater proficiencies in their role. I acted as head of department on numerous occasions, where I received praise on the smooth running of the department. I also created numerous corporate presentations for store and departmental managers.
