- Meet weekly and quarterly sales and marketing targets and metrics - Responsible for managing and maintaining the database and ensuring the growth of our marketing lists each quarter. - Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns closely - Writing and proofreading creative copy to support our weekly and monthly content. - Coordinating external digital marketing activity to promote the Ticketsolve Community and our organisation’s culture including updating our website, drafting and publishing blogs, and diving into our social media channels when required. - Monitoring activity and analysing our data analytics within our CRM and other tools.- Supporting the preparation and execution of our company events such as workshops, the Ticketsolve forums, and industry promotional activities. - Creating long-term relationships with prospects and focusing on prospecting outbound leads and qualifying them before handing an account off to the sales team. - Staying on top of industry ticketing trends and identifying methods to become involved in a wider narrative within the sector.

- Data entry, formatting and QC of content in preparation for upload to CMS.- Support content editors with making corrections to existing content.- Help troubleshoot the content upload and management process, finding ways to improve systems and processes to ensure a smoother workflow.- Create and maintain project documentation (e.g. file-naming protocols, upload instructions, entity-relationship diagrams).- Assist with developing and maintaining schedules and project plans for upload and delivery of content.- Raise risks regarding content management/upload and take steps to mitigate them.

My personal remit was to primarily focus on helping candidates within the housing and property sector.

My day to day role involved utilising various job boards and sourcing routes, and conducting research and competency-based telephone interviews in line with the role requirements for a Customer Agent across both Sales and Service.
