Lead and mentored the Web and Graphics Team at Talisman Energy. Our focus is to present the Talisman story in a way that is engaging for employees and external stakeholders. We do this by understanding audience and client needs and then delivering compelling tools - online, print, electronic and events.

Lead the web and graphics services group within Corporate Communications including responsibility for internal and external website, brand and visual identity, advertising and online communications strategy.

At Baker Hughes I had responsibility for internal and external communications functions, including advertising, marketing events and internal publications.I coordinated events for 12-300 people and won a Pinnacle Award for leading the coordination of Baker U - a 3 day training course for 300 people.I also led internal communications on our United Way campaign - winning a Spirits of Gold award from the United Way for doubling participation and increasing giving 143%.
