I achieved up to 90% reduced runtime, enhanced selection of "nice numbers", and facilitated standard mathematical input from students.-Streamlining Assessment Process: I led the development and deployment of a web application for randomized conceptual questions, applicable to all faculty Mobius users at the University of Waterloo. This was implemented at a large scale in online classes, effectively mitigating plagiarism during the pandemic and producing normalized assessment results while preserving grading equity.-Project Management: I successfully managed multiple software development projects involving summer co-op students, including the development of web applications. I assumed responsibility for maintenance post-deployment.-Technical Support: I regularly provided troubleshooting and technical assistance to multiple users of various platforms used by the university – Mobius, Learn (D2L’s Brightspace), and Crowdmark.-Teaching and Coordinating: I delivered online and in-person classes, overseeing assessments, supporting files, and teaching assistants.
