Responsible for the Bernafon UK brand, keeping in line with the guidelines from Bernafon AG in Switzerland.Acting as marketing support to our customers, we offer bespoke marketing to help aid the sales team provide an added brand value.Every 6 months, Bernafon release a new product and as marketing manager I am responsible for organizing these events. Events have been both physical in the past and digital in the last year due to Covid.Organised and attended events & conferences showcasing our products to current customers and potential prospects.Work alongside Graphics to create engaging content for our brand and customers on a weekly basis.Yearly marketing budget proposed & agreed with Sales Manager before presented to General Manager for final sign off.Each marketing manager shares a collective responsibility for marketing support staff such as Stores, Graphic Design and Events Coordinator.

Promoted after my first year into a Sales and Marketing role in an effort to support the sales team with the new product. Since moving into a joint role I have traveled to appointments with clients (B2B), attending tender meetings with local authorities, traveling abroad to view potential trade shows for the future, attended local trade shows to showcase/sell product range.Project managed installations with customers across commercial haulage, local authorities, bus industry and plant hire. Account managed key clients across multiple industries with varying company size and developed relationships with new customers.Our trade show at the Euro Bus Expo 2016 was the official launch of VINIE, I was the stand manager at this event and organised by myself using an external events company. The initial design for this stand and all graphic elements for the stand were produced by myself.Continued to grow the online presence and enhance our digital marketing through social media channels, website upgrades (with SEO) and targeted new opportunities with distributors and trade shows

Hired as a graduate for FUELlink in September 2015 where I was hired to rebrand the company, produce marketing campaigns and build an online presence with social media.Since then the company has completed a full rebrand including logo, brochures and website (with SEO). All of this was produced in house by myself and additional marketing material such as roller banners, leaflets, advertisements and trade show promotional material.Using mediums such as website, social media, promotional marketing and various PR publicity entires the companies online and offline profile has been raised from where it was previously was. Nearing the end of my first year with FUELlink we developed a product called VINIE, I worked alongside the NPD team and was responsible for the design of logo, product casing and marketing material to launch the product. The campaign to launch this product was spread across our web, social media and external advertising adverts.
