Seertech also offers hosted options and many enhancements with the iLearning PLUS extensionsKey Responsibilities- Develop a marketing plan within a predominantly sales orientated organisation with large deal sizes and long sell cycles- Manage all marketing initiatives, with selected communications specialists/agency, to redevelop the company branding, redesign the web site, redevelop marketing collateral, and develop marketing actions including industry conference engagements and digital initiatives - Improve awareness of Seertech Learning, as leader in cloud based LMS offering via online /digital engagements - Identify, engage and enable key Alliances partners, including Oracle teams, with Seertech Learning, and develop a structured ecosystem to engage the market - Reporting directly to CEO, in Australia, and support all marketing initatives with the global sales and technical teams

Manage the Enterprise Marketing, SMB Marketing and Channel Marketing Functions for A/NZ with combined marketing budget in excess of $2 million dollars.Achievements - Managed a series of integrated DG campaigns for customer upsell and prospecting , with minimal MQL/SQL leakage (improved from 50% to 80%), with 1000pa and "new/ new" appointments of 500 per year. -Develop/run Evolve Security Conferences over 3 years to promote security thought leadership/solution with Ecosystem - key IT vendors industry groups and partners. With over 2500 attendees (300 new appointment and pipeline of $1500K)- Successfully participated in industry conferences (AUSCERT, CSO, Gartner, IGC CIO) key vendor (VMware VSS VForum, IBM PULSE, AWS Summit) & Channel Roadshow) -Developed a strong presence in the e-market (eg CSO, FST, tech target, ZDNET) supported by upgraded web site utilising SEO plan and social media sites for enterprise, channels and SMB clients- Participated in Global taskforces on Branding, Thought Leadership programs , campaign improvement , social media SEO, vertical industry & channel enablement programs-Evolved the outbound approach to inbound for market engagement with upgrading of Website (with integrated microsites for campaigns, online shop and online renewal programs) Affinity portal, both supported by new roiling promotional program for MB clients &channels -Ran series of Trend Micro and Distributor communications initiatives.
