Have managed large Civil Engineering contracts from tender through construction to final conclusion including claims and disputes.The above have encompassed various procurement methods including negotiated contracts, the Highway Authority’s ECI, PFI’s, Framework contracts, along with the more usual methods. The above have involved numerous types of contracts, including the ICE forms, FIDIC, ICEM forms, NEC forms, including many variations to these and bespoke contracts
