Serve as the key subject matter expert on topics related to data management activities• Govern the use of key data management elements across studies in an assigned project• Ensure adequate application of data management best practices across the studies withinan assigned project• Provide oversight for outsourcing activities by providing input on the budgetary items • Lead, manage and support the annual and long-term global clinical data management goals• Advise on the resource planning/allocation based on the forecasted activities per the clinicaldevelopment plan and the actual study/project metrics• Contribute to the projects and initiatives aimed at improving and optimizing the delivery ofglobal clinical data management and clinical operation services• Assume operational and/or oversight responsibility as study data manager for allassigned internal and outsourced studies• Specify and develop the study specific eCRFs, database structures and data consistencychecks based on medical standards, the clinical study protocol and input from the studyteam

•Overall leadership / management for programming / technology, data integration, data processing and statistical services on a project / program. •Coordination of the Data Operations team members and their activities across all geographies. •Liaising with project leadership and the sponsor as a single point of contact to ensure that the Data Operations deliverables with regard to timelines, quality, and productivity are being met. •Support a (Senior) Data Operations Leader with the management of designated activities on multiple project programs or works as Data Operations Leader on multiple projects.

•Coordination of a moderate to large team or multiple small size protocols from the Data Management perspective.•Set up and review of all the Data Management Plan documents. Review of any other study documents that could potentially realte to or require input from Data Management. •Participate in regular calls with the internal team/Sponsor and also be the main Data Management contact for the Sponsor.
