Responsible for strategic engagement with a broad customer portfolio, delivering insurance and risk management programs for commercial organisations. I develop and manage cross-class commercial insurance programs for our customers, utilising all of Zurich's products and services. I work closely with our customers, brokers and Zurich teams to develop strategic relationships and identify new areas of opportunity and value. Member of Zurich's flagship 'Make the Difference' program, working with colleagues globally to drive cultural change, promote agile ways of working and reduce organisational complexity.

Management of strategic broker and customer relationships across South West England and Wales. Responsibility for the negotiation of key opportunities to generate new business and secure customer retention. A member of the Bristol insurance institute, I organised and promoted a number of educational and social events for members locally.

Led a team of 13 underwriters responsible for servicing customers within mid-Corporate, Construction and Real Estate. Member of the regional leadership team, providing focus on service, governance and continuous improvement locally.

This 18 month development programme provided me with exposure to a number of key areas within the Zurich General Insurance business.
