This role entails the development, delivery, upgrade, maintenance and operation of bespoke on train and at station security & customer information systems across the South Western Railway network.

Responsible for handling and disseminating accurate information concerning train service operations in a timely manner to stakeholders, contractors in addition to internal and external customers - enabling these groups to make informed decisions to enhance their customer experience.I am an articulate and assertive communicator and deliver information through a variety of channels (social media, website copy, verbal, email). This role also enables me to collate key data concerning train service operations and analyse that data for Public Performance Measure statistics. With a view to continually improving myself and my output, I have implemented improvements to ways of working to maximise the quality and timely delivery of information.In Autumn 2019, I undertook Personal Track Safety (AC and DC lines) prior to qualifying as a Contingency Guard where I am now also responsible for ensuring safe train operation and for helping passengers undertake their journeys in a safe manner.

Varied role with responsibility for day-to-day product management and running of multiple level 3 (A-level or equivalent) maths qualifications and assessments. This includes the design and development of new resources, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers. I take a lead role and manage a team of examiners in the production of high quality, valid, reliable and accessible examination papers, overseeing the standardisation of examiners and awarding grades fairly ensuring that each student gets the correct result on results day.The other aspect of this role is, by understanding the market in which AQA operates, to identify gaps in the market and exploit these by developing new products. Using my project management experience, I am able to design new products and qualifications from an initial concept through to final delivery. This involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, liaising with the government and regulators, product testing and refinement, deciding on a marketing strategy, risk mitigation and control of budget.
