As a Access Planner for Amey Colas its my responsibility to collate our requires possession access information, with this information i then plan our required acces using rules of the route, once this is complete this info is inputted in PPS,My role also includes the use of NROL3 and attending weekly and monthly ADM meetings with NWR.

- Managing a work force of approximately 150 sponsored candidates. - Recruiting candidates as per the client’s needs and requirements.- Conducting interviews and pre-employment assessments.- Creating, checking and updating personnel files.- Arranging pre-employment D&As and medicals.- Rostering staff to our client’s requirements.- Logging hours worked, monitoring shift patterns and filling positions compliantly.- Maintaining database records for all active rail workers.- Ordering, issuing, registering and replacing Personal Protective Equipment.- Monitoring (and acting on) competency/medical expiry/assessment dates.- Arranging training, re-certification, mentoring and assessments.- Arranging and coordinating unannounced, post-incident and for-cause D&As.- Attending weekly meetings with the clients to ensure a healthy working relationship.- Actively looking for new business opportunities within the Rail sector for MSS.

Whilst working for Bridgeway consulting I managed complex possessions with multiple work sites and train movements for engineering works. My role also included planning, possession and train movements in conjunction with the Network Rail planners and chairing weekly PICOP meetings.
