He has over 30 years experience in a wide range of residential projects. These range from converting and restoring derelict and Listed buildings, obtaining Planning permission for development in their often extensive grounds, through to bespoke, very high-quality new houses, in both rural and urban settings.Graham believes that good design is essential to the success of any project, and he enjoys working with our clients to tailor the design to their requirements. He is particularly enthusiastic about the quality of light and building materials: our offices are full of samples of bricks, stone, ironmongery, and light fittings!Graham loves running and has completed 10 London Marathons since 2002, raising over £30,000 for charity. He recently learned freestyle swimming and is now training to swim from Padstow to Rock across the Padstow Estuary. Graham’s other interests range from ceramics to cars, and he is currently restoring an elderly Mercedes Benz.
