Responsible for organising a team of Business Development Managers in East Liverpool supporting a group of over 450 local companies. Membership and subsequent advice was on a no cost basis, including finance, sales, marketing, planning issues and interaction with local and regional politicians.. Regular business breakfasts were organised with keynote speakers, giving all sized companies the ability to air and share their views or concerns. Over the 10 years of my tenure, the organisation developed to provide maximum commercial and political leverage for local companies who would otherwise have had little or no representation

Ultimately responsible for financial systems and guidance, together with direct input to support sales into medium and large corporate Plcs and government funded departments, to increase margins and profitability
