A qualified Chartered Surveyor by trade in 1989, who after working for a Glasgow-based firm of Chartered Surveyors, joined the family business that in 1997 acquired Grant & Wilson.20 years later I was able to make business acquisitions in Glasgow of commercial office premises which allowed my career to change focus, Commercial Property Management. I strive to get the right balance between the expectations of the client, and what is deliverable in the context of the property and the lease agreement which is a difficult task.
