Develop estimate for design and implementation of PLC control system on Iron Ore processing facility,working within a team Coordinating the design and implementation of PLC SCADA PCS for the Solomon Firetail Iron ORE Hub.Working with senior management to prepare cost estimate and schedule's for the design of multiple PLC's and 3rd party interfaces, provide input to monthly schedule and cost reporting for issue to FMGL.Represent IES at client meetings dealing with design, schedule, resource and financial matters to the satisfaction of both IES and FMGL. liaising with FMGL and IES design team to: a) Fully define user requirements from concept through to Software FAT. b) Engage with Switchroom Manufacturer, FMGL commissioning team, FMG Electrical and Instrument design Houses to complete Integrated FAT of switchrooms, including 3rd party vendor interfaces. c) Preperation, financial agreement and closeout of project scope variations.Post software FAT, the project moved to site, SAT documents were produced and schedules were prepared for implementation of commissioning tasks and IES resources to support on site commissioning.Presently working on Solomon Kings Valley Hub PCS.
